RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
1. Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the cooking pot must be unused, remain in its original condition, and be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included materials.

3. Before sending back any cooking pot, customers must contact our customer service team to receive return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Returns may not be accepted for:
– Cooking pots damaged because of misuse or improper handling.
– Cooking pots showing signs of excessive wear or alteration.
– Cooking pots returned beyond the 30-day return period.
– Items missing original packaging or included accessories.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
– The item is no longer wanted.
– The wrong item was ordered by the customer.
– The customer ordered the incorrect quantity.
– The customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
– The product is returned without any quality-related issue.
If the return is caused by a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item shipped by us, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
6. All returned cooking pots will be inspected after arrival. Returns that fail to meet the applicable return requirements may be refused or partially refunded where permitted by applicable law.
7. After the returned cooking pot has been received and approved following inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 3 days. Financial institution processing times may vary.
8. Eligible cooking pots may be exchanged for the same item if the original product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped.
9. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong cooking pot, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging for review.
