SHIPPING TERMS
1. We currently ship orders only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
2. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days after payment has been successfully verified.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. The estimated delivery period is approximately 3–7 days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier operations.
4. Orders shipped within the United States may be delivered using one of the following U.S. carriers:
– USPS (United States Postal Service)
– UPS (United Parcel Service)
– FedEx
The shipping carrier will be selected according to the destination, package size, and operational requirements.
5. USPS (United States Postal Service) provides domestic mail and package delivery services throughout the United States.
UPS (United Parcel Service) provides domestic package transportation and delivery services throughout the United States.
FedEx provides domestic package transportation and delivery services throughout the United States.
6. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
7. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
8. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or additional expenses resulting from:
– Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
– Customer unavailability to receive the package.
– Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the matter and assist with an appropriate resolution.
10. Packages returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
